Handles

Label
The label is printed on the following materials: satin, nylon and polyester. The print is available in one or many colours depending on the method used - thermal transfer or hot stamp. A printed label is the perfect solution to create aesthetic and cheap company labels. Often used to print long series of identical labels with the manufacturer's logo, composition and product maintenance recipe.
Jacquard labels are woven from the highest quality polyester yarn, which guarantees their exceptional durability and high quality. We offer hot-cut labels and labels with cut edges. Labels are made using various techniques, with a choice of width from 5 mm to 200 mm, thickness and the method of bulk breaking. The minimum order for jacquard labels is 500 pieces.
The label is screen printed on raw cotton, denim and recycled cotton, in a colour from our palette of materials. They can be any size ranging from 2 cm to 15 cm. The tag can be sewn: to the top edge of the bag, to the outside or inside the bag. The minimum order for printed labels is 100 pieces.
The label is printed with a screen or transfer directly on the bag. Such marking is permanent and effective. The tag on the material of the bag can be placed anywhere on the front, on the back or inside the bag. It fits perfectly for subtle marking with a logotype, slogan or presenting washing instructions.
Eco-leather is an ecological imitation of natural leather material. The eco-leather label is available in many colours. Thanks to the properties of eco-leather and the use of a laser, we can engrave signs on its surface and cut any shapes. The surface is delicate and soft to the touch. Engraved patterns faithfully reproduce every detail, contrasting nicely with the surface of the eco-leather. The tag can be sewn on the top edge, to the side or on the outside of the bag.
The cotton, woven is an ecological tag made out of recycled cotton. The label can be created using up to 8 thread colours. Thanks to weaving the tags for the order, we can personalize the tag and adapt it to the customer's needs. Just like the jacquard label, the tag can be hot-cut or with cut edges.
Thanks to the use of cotton yarn in the weaving technique, the labels have natural character and raw structure. The labels with the use of cotton are made in woven and printed techniques. Natural, raw material intended for one-sided printing. A label made on a ready-made cotton tape reduces the production time.
Elastomers - rubber patches are an element made of soft PCV. The shapes and colours of the patches can be any. It is possible to apply multiple layers of colours and obtain convexes and three-dimensional effect. It is an original way to mark a product with your brand. The elastomers can be sewn to the side of the bag or outside.
Cardboard labels are printed on high-quality cardboard boxes in various grammages. The tags are also available in the eco version - made of recycled cardboard. Labels may have additional finishes: UV varnish, matt or gloss foil, embossing, unusual shape, gilding. Thanks to the offset printing technique, we get additional space for the necessary data about the product.
Finishing
Additional overlock stitching, the so-called backstitch along the bottom of the edge or the bottom of the bag makes it more rigid and durable, without losing its shape. A backstitched bag is a bag characterized by an additional side seam, thanks to which the material creates a side profile and the bottom, shaping the shape of the entire bag.
Cotton bottom bags are an alternative to standard cotton bags. They are more spacious and roomy, perfect for everyday shopping. In each bag, we can individually adjust the dimensions of the bottom. The bottom bag is more capacious. An example bottom bag model is TM01 or TM04.
Closing a cotton bag with a metal latch is an interesting idea to protect the contents from falling out. The latch is made in the form of snaps, which can be copper or silver. The latch can close the entire bag or just the pocket.
We can sew a zip to each model of cotton bag, which makes the bag even more practical. The zips are available in various lengths and colours. Additionally, the zips can close the entire cotton bag or just the pocket. Zips are a great alternative to latch locks.
Packing
