printing

To meet the expectations of our customers, we offer as many as twelve methods of labelling products. Find out what the different printing methods differ from and choose the one that’s right for you. Depending on whether you care about vivid colors, ecological paint or maybe about the print to shine, a different method of marking will serve your product.

We care about the highest quality of each product. All prints are made in Poland, in our extensive marking machine park. By sending us your graphics to be applied to the fabric, you can be sure that it will not lose its sharpness. If in doubt about the choice of print, please contact us, we will be happy to answer all your questions.

Digital Print DTG (Direct To Garment) Digital Print DTG (Direct To Garment)

The DTG printing method works great when we want a fast production time. Preparing graphics for printing requires only preparing the file, while turning on and preparing the machine for DTG printing takes only a couple of seconds. In addition, the advantage of DTG printing is the possibility of transferring the image in full colour to the material. It is a method of decorating cotton bags similar to the operation of an inkjet printer. With the help of a special printing head and appropriate paints, the print design is transferred directly to the material. The DTG digital printing method enables printing sizes up to A3 format. What is more, by using DTG machines, we can print graphics on a smaller number of bags, avoiding the costs of preparing the plate. The printing process ends with the ink strengthening in order to increase its durability. Due to the fact that the DTG print is air permeable, it does not crumble, does not shrink in washing and does not break. Print one of our bags directly onto the fabric with high definition photos, with good quality – also in gradients. In this case, we do not have to limit ourselves to a few colours, as is the case with someother methods.

Screen Printing Screen Printing

The most popular printing technique. It guarantees durability, is resistant to washing, abrasion and other external conditions. It is characterized by vivid colours and a sharp outline. A wide selection of inks allows the printed pattern to have clear coverage. Marking is performed on the highest class automatic machines of the German brand Walz, which ensure unprecedented printing precision, speed and, most importantly, repeatability. We currently have a 10-color screen printing machine. Each print is fixed in a drying tunnel, which guarantees 100% resistance to washing. In our printing house, we only use branded, ecological phthalate-free inks – each of them is certified for printing on
clothing with ECO PASSPORT by OEKO-TEX® and the printed colours are in accordance with the PANTONE® Solid Coated pattern. Most of the work is done with plastisol paints, but at the customer's request we also print with water-based paints, which are soft to the touch and with GOTS-certified paints. The GOTS standard guarantees that the certified products have been manufactured with respect for the natural environment and employees rights. F

Thermotransfer Thermotransfer

Transfer printing is a marking technique that involves thermally applying a pattern to the material. We can print on any material with this method. The process of thermal transfer printing begins with transferring the graphics to a special foil or paper using a suitable printer. Then the resulting design is applied to the textiles, then another printer heats that up to high temperature and the dye stuck to the foil is transferred to the material. Appropriate warming up of the thermal transfer printer head allows for accurate reproduction of graphics on the material, taking into account the appropriate resolution. Thermotransfer technology allows you to make prints that are characterized by high quality and are resistant to fading. The advantages of this technique are durability, very high precision and deep colour saturation in the material, the possibility of printing very small details and their accuracy. It is usually used on various textile substrates and in places with difficult access, e.g. inside a bag. As in direct screen printing, the print can be multi-coloured, the inks have appropriate approvals and certificates and the mixed colours are from the PANTONE® Solid Coated palette.

Embroidery Embroidery

Computer embroidery is undoubtedly an exclusive and one of the most durable techniques of decorating cotton bags. Embroidery is one of the elegant methods of marking, it is characterized by exquisite appearance and style. The selected graphic design can be transferred to the bag with threads of many colours. Additionally, the resulting images can be convex and glossy. In order to increase the strength, it is recommended to embroider on fabrics with a higher grammage. Thanks to its resistance to mechanical damage computerized embroidery is one of the most durable methods of marking - it can be washed and ironed without concern that the image will lose its color. It should be borne in mind that embroidery itself usually does not require ironing. Embroidery can even be done on intermediate materials such as emblems and patches. All stitching is done very precisely. High durability and aesthetics. Profitable even with volume.

Full colour / CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black) Full colour / CMYK (Cyan Magenta Yellow Black)

Full colour printing is done using the raster method, i.e. small dots that make up the entire image. Successively printed colours overlap to create halftones and new tints. The use of this technique allows full-colour printing, while maintaining the durability of screen printing with plastisol inks, thus creating an amazing end result. Screen printing is characterized by a very high printing precision. Full-color printing utilizes the raster method, which involves the arrangement of small dots to compose the entire image. Through the overlapping of successive colors, halftones and additional hues are generated, resulting in visually striking prints. This approach combines the advantages of screen printing with plastisol inks, such as durability, with the ability to produce vibrant and multi-dimensional designs. The meticulousness inherent in screen printing contributes to its reputation for high printing precision. The precision associated with screen printing plays a pivotal role in achieving the desired level of detail and accuracy in the final prints.

Golden paint Golden paint

Enhance the visual appeal of sophisticated logos or intricate graphic elements by incorporating gold paint infused with metal particles. This printing technique effectively highlights the elegance and compatibility of the design with cotton materials. It is particularly suitable for producing numerous copies of a monochromatic pattern. Our range includes paint options with specks or metallic finishes, available in a variety of shades to suit your preferences.

Silver paint Silver paint

Printing with the use of silver paint is a method of decorating cotton bags, which emphasizes the elegance and delicacy of the graphics. The silver paint contains silver particles, thanks to which the design has a delicate shine. The technique using silver paint is great for making monochrome patterns.

Water paint Water paint

Ecological water paints that we print breathe with the material. Water-based prints are very soft and delicate to the touch. They penetrate the fabric - the print is imperceptible, they have high colour and print durability. Water-based printing made on light cotton, i.e. cotton, canvas, organic and recycled cotton. This method can be used to make up to 2 colours of printing. Water-based paints do not contain phthalates, PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and APEO (alkylphenol ethoxylates). They comply with all key international environmental requirements.

GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) CERTIFIED PAINT GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) CERTIFIED PAINT

Ecological screen printing inks free of phthalates and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are certified with GOTS. The GOTS standard guarantees that the certified products have been manufactured with respect for the natural environment and employees' rights. Printing with watercolours is super soft to the touch, durable and resistant to washing out and the colours are strong and saturated.

Swelling Paint Swelling Paint

Prints are created similarly to classic screen printing, i.e. by applying each layer of paint through a printing matrix, and then fixing it. The use of a special paint that "swells" slightly when the printed surface is heated at high temperature gives the effect of a thick and solid print, resistant to abrasion.

Print before sewing Print before sewing

The print on the bag can also be done before sewing. The graphics are applied directly to the delineator, which allows you to use the entire surface of the bag. Thanks to this method, we can create a pattern on the material that completely changes the final look of a cotton bag. This way, we obtain unique and interesting graphic effects.

Overprint in the center Overprint in the center

As a manufacturer of cotton bags, we have the option of printing with many methods and anywhere on the bag. Your logo can be on the outside but also inside the bag. The print inside the bag can be used as a label or an additional message for the recipient. This print can also be made before the final product is sewn.
