The process of creating a cotton bag from the customer's point of view is relatively simple. In a few simple steps, the idea is made into a finished product. However, the most important thing is the very beginning. The moment of creating the project, which determines further work in our sewing and printing house. Now let's go through the entire process of creating a project.

I will also mention that creating fabric bags, sack bags, toiletry bags and cotton bags is exactly the same as creating a cotton bag.

1. SELECT A MODEL
It all starts with choosing a bag model. On our website (link) you will find 18 models of specially tailored bags. Each model has been carefully designed with usability in mind.

2. CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC
Among our materials we offer:

cotton with a weight of 150g, 260g, 280g, 320g
organic cotton 150g and 220g
150g recycled cotton

3. CHOOSE A COLOUR
Each proposed material is available in a specially selected colour palette. You can find the colours on our website or in our catalogue (ask for the catalogue / catalogue online). Remember that the colour of the handles may differ from the bag itself. Stimulate your creativity and take advantage of all the possibilities.

4. CHOOSE ADD-ONS
Labels, fasteners, pockets and strings. In our catalogue (link to the online catalogue or ask for a catalogue to be sent) you will find out about the available accessories that we are able to attach to your bag or any other design from our cotton product range.

5. CHOOSE THE PRINTING METHOD
The method of applying the graphics to the bag is important when estimating the cost of a fabric bag. Our offer includes DTG, screen printing or thermal-transfer printing. Additionally, the print can be done before or after the bag is sewn. The print location can be inside or outside the bag.

6. SEND YOUR GRAPHICS
Send your selection along with the graphic design of the logo or other artwork you want to put on the bag. The graphic design should be prepared in vector form and sent in PDF format. You can read about the correct preparation of the file in one of our next entries in the news.

7. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE
After completing all the information from the above points, we will prepare an estimate for the cotton bag design. Then, after accepting the valuation, we prepare a product visualization.

8. YOU WILL RECEIVE A VISUALIZATION FROM US
The graphic file is necessary for us to create a visualization. We will prepare a design of the bag for you, as it will be sewn and in which place and what size the print will be made. Visualization is aimed at refining the entire project. It confronts the vision and confirms assumptions.

The choice of the model, material, colour and accessories for the fabric bag depends on the customer. Our employees are always happy to advise you at every stage of the project creation. Depending on the purpose and the graphics, we can suggest some interesting and important tips. And when everything is ready, we start sewing!
