PREPARING FILES FOR PRINT GUIDELINES:

SCREEN PRINTING

• File format
  All files must be set as vector files. The file must be saved as .pdf (we do not accept files such as - .ai, .cdr).
  
  
• Texts
  All letters should be saved as/converted into vector lines instead of fonts (there is no possibility to send us a text as a font or other instalation file).
  
  
• Symbols, transparencies, contours
  The file cannot contain symbols not transparencies and contours that are not part of the design. 
  
  
• Color
  Colors must be chosen from the Pantone Solid Coated Palette. 
  
  
• Size
  The print on the product - max. 210mm x 297mm (width x height).
  The print on the pattern - max. 450mm x 500mm (width x height).
  
  
• Number of colors
  White and natural fabric - max. 8 colors from the Pantone Solid Coated Palette. 
  Other color fabric - max. 7 colors from the Pantone Solid Coated Palette (it is obligatory to use base color under the imprint).
  
  

DTG - digital print

• File format
  The resolution of the bitmap for printing is 300 dpi, 1:1 scale - actual size of the print. 
  
  
• The transparencies
  The file and the composition cannot have transparent areas. 
  
  
• Color
  All colors must be set to CMYK.
  
  
• Size
  The print on the product - max. 230mm x 280mm (width x height).
  The print on the pattern - max. 320mm x 380mm (width x height).
  
  
• Number of colors
  All colors except white, which is not printed. In order to obtain white color we recommend using white material.
  
  
• Materials for print 
  Possible colors of products for DTG printing: white, natural.
