INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY MART'S MARTYNA KONOWROCKA
Ladies and Gentlemen, in connection with the implementation of the obligations arising from the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 in relation to people who have been authorized by our clients to contact Mart's Martyna Konowrocka, we would like to provide these persons with the following information.

3. The recipients of personal data are
Entities supporting the operational performance of the Contract, such as: couriers providing transports, entities providing insurance services and settling transactions under the Contract, trade agents, advertising agencies, entities providing legal, tax and accounting assistance to the Administrator.
4. Time of personal data processing
The data will be stored for the entering of the Contract and duration of the Contract and after its termination, until the expiry of all relations and matters arising from the Contract and the obligation to process them resulting from other legal provisions (e.g. provisions regulating the rules for issuing and storing invoices). The administrator may store personal data longer, but this will only be done in justified cases and if the law allows such processing.
5. Personal data processed by the Administrator
- Name, surname, business or seat address, telephone number, e-mail address, NIP and REGON number of the Client;
- Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address of the client's employees or associates.
Personal data was obtained by submitting inquiries during our telemarketing and emailing campaigns, from publicly available sources, i.e. from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), the State Statistical Office (GUS) and through individual activities such as: participation in the RemaDays and PSI advertising fairs in Dusseldorf (basic source) and registration entities interested in establishing cooperation through the company's websites by creating a database of business entities.
6. Rights of the person providing their data
The right to request access to your personal data and rectification, the right to delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing or transfer data to other entities. The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Supervisory Authority. The above rights can be exercised by:

7. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your data to a third country or to international organizations.
8. Mart's Martyna Konowrocka may make, based on your personal data, automated decisions, including profiling referred to in art. 22 bill 1 and 4 GDPR.
9. The administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
