2. Scope and Purpose of Data Processing
Mart’s Bags processes personal data exclusively for legitimate business purposes, including:

Depending on the relationship, Mart’s Bags may process the following personal data:

Personal data is obtained directly from Clients (via email, contact forms, or phone communication) or from publicly available business registers such as VIES or CEIDG, where permitted by law.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing:
commercial offers and correspondence – up to 3 years,
contracts, invoices, and financial records – 5 years (as required by tax law),
complaint-related data – up to 2 years from closure of the case,
marketing communication – until withdrawal of consent.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Data Sharing and Transfers
Personal data may be shared only with trusted partners who assist Mart’s Bags in business operations, including:
courier and logistics companies (for product delivery),
accounting and legal advisors,
IT and hosting service providers ensuring website and email functionality.
All third parties are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with GDPR.
Mart’s Bags does not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Mart’s Bags will respond within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Mart’s Bags applies appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), restricted access, and regular system updates.
All staff and subcontractors are trained and contractually obliged to maintain confidentiality.

The martsbags.com website may use cookies and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for statistical and functional purposes.

10. Joint Controllers
Both entities – MKM Marcin Konowrocki and Martyna Konowrocka – act as joint controllers responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR.
The controller that issues the invoice for a given transaction is considered the main contact point for that Client.
